BreakLine Platform

Description

BreakLine's platform is two-sided. Talent pool members use it to manage their profiles, track opportunities, and progress through the program. The internal team uses it to match candidates with partner company roles, run interview pipelines, and coordinate hiring.

Across nearly three years as the primary frontend engineer, I built the design system from scratch, shipped the platform's major features, and rewrote the transactional email system. The stack evolved significantly throughout this period, including React Router migrations, a transition from Create React App to Vite, a shift from REST to tRPC, and a restructure from a single React app into a Turborepo monorepo with five apps and a shared design system.

On a small product team, I owned features from architecture through release and drove the developer experience infrastructure, major refactors, and tooling improvements that kept the foundation solid for rapid iteration.
